Rooftoppers is one of my favourite books of all time. It’s realistic and poetic at the same time and I think Rundell’s style of writing is simply beautiful. Rooftoppers is the story of young Sophie’s search to find her mother who was…

This is by far the most beautiful book I’ve read in a long while. Katherine Rundell has an utterly unique and lyrical prose style that reminds me of Oscar Wilde. I was charmed and maybe you will be too. (submitted by LG)

The characters were realistic and relatable. And I love the way the author added the music aspect. If you haven't read it you should, and if you have: do it again!

Ditto to all the positive comments already expressed. One more thing I loved: When the quest was over, the book ended. No anticlimactic ending to steal from the experience.
