Such an accurate portrayal of any 3+ child wanting something and then changing his/her mind, it made me laugh out loud the whole time I was reading it. Definitely a book to share with kids who will appreciate the Pigeon's sentiments and to also share with adults who will hopefully choose to laugh instead of crying over this life-mirroring depiction of events.

The Pigeon makes another appearance in this children's classic. Will you let him have a puppy? I know I would.
I love Pigeon! His books are great for enabling children to interact with the story. I always have the kids shout, "NO!" whenever Pigeon asks for the puppy.
