Can a blind desert guide and his adopted granddaughter find and save three lost travelers in the face of a coming sand storm? Stunning art captures the beauty and vastness of the Sahara.

An illustrated old-fashioned tale that would make a great classroom or bedtime read-aloud for kids as young as six and an intriguing quick read for kids as old as eleven. It's about a man who guides travelers through the desert. I won't spoil the plot, but I will tell you it took me less than an hour to read and it was time well spent.
