Events › Homeschool Book Café

Homeschool Book Café gives our homeschool students the opportunity to participate in a book group similar to what the library offers for their peers in 7th-8th grade at local middle schools, using a list of books compiled by library professionals for that purpose.

Titles will be introduced and discussed throughout the program, and then participants will vote for their favorites and have a celebration at the last meeting.

None of the titles are mandatory, and there is no minimum number to read. As with your child’s normal reading, descriptions and reviews linked to each title will help your family make informed decisions on which titles are a good fit for your child.
