Fredericksburg Area Health & Support Services will be doing HIV and Hepatitis C screening 10:00-1:00.

We'll have 3 yoga classes:

• Yoga with Carmen - 10:15-12:00 (bring a yoga mat or towel if you can)
• Yoga with Alex - 11:15-12:00
• Chair Yoga with the Fredericksburg Food Co-op - 12:00-12:45
