Excellent. Well written, easy to follow. Perfect for anyone who doesn't really know much about Lincoln's early life and his road to the White House or the Civil War. I really liked the photos, and was also sad to know that personally, TWO of his boys died; I had only thought one had died. There's even insight into Mary Todd Lincoln as well.

This is a great book about Lincoln. There are pictures about his life as well as photos of the time period. It is easy to read and should be a required book for all young people.
