One of the better books I can recommend for younger YA readers who love fantasy. The stories are not quite as dark as those in the more recently published unicorn collection "Zombies vs. Unicorns" but make no mistake that these are not Lisa Frank embodiments of unicorns.
Brave young ladies and magical creatures of healing and power, what more do you need?
