VERY exciting! You never know quite who's who and I like those surprises in a mystery/suspense book!

I can't remember the last time I read such a ridiculous story. I always tell myself that if a book or movie has you rolling your eyes in the first few moments, give it up - the rest of the story is being told by the same pathetic source. I skipped half the book, read the end, and I was glad I gave up when I did. What a stinker.

I've read 13 books by Baldacci. Chose this one - One of his first few books. It was terrific! Fast-paced and kept me enthralled with the plot and the characters. Don't worry about the sex and violence - they're all part of this terrific author's style. If you missed reading this book, you should certainly rent it.

Good read. A bit heavy handed in the sex and violence scenes, but the plot is interesting and moves quickly. This is one of his earlier books and his writing style improves over time.

Excellent book, fast pace, good plot. It's long but it's good enough that you don't mind

I read this book over a year ago and was very impressed with the plot, character development and suspense. I have read most of David Baldacci's novels and this one is very memorable.

The most ridiculous book I have ever read. This is obviously written before he reached his prime. I tried hard to finish it just gave up half way.

This is the first Baldacci book that I read. I was hook from the first chapter. A great thriller.

Fantastic, fantastic book. I don't normally read Baldacci (not my cup of tea, I suppose) but this one was compelling. Great characters, an intriguing, suspenseful plot, and just enough terror to keep me on my toes. One of my favourite novels of all time.
