Disappointing to me--thought this was going to be a real expose. Instead it was basically a recounting of the author's past experience in the food industry.

anybody who has struggled with weight and health issues stands to learn a lot from reading this book

Can be a little bit dry at times, but overall very interesting to read. A lot of what was put forward I knew, but there were still tidbits that I didn't.
