Walker was a political appointee - - not a professional and honorable GAO type, and highly suspect in his opinions: he tends to be of the reframing crowd, emphasizing the debt (which created all those multi-billionaires with their selling credit derivatives, and insurance swindles, based upon said debt), instead of the real causes for such debt. The number one reason to be highly suspicious of everything Walker says is that he quickly joined the Peterson Institute (founded by Peter G. Peterson and David Rockefeller) which has long promoted three or four major agendas: the ending of Medicare/Medicaid, the ending or privatization of Social Security, the offshoring of as many American jobs as possible, and making America in accord to the WTO's Financial Services Agreement.

A must read for anyone who takes our country's financial condition seriously.
