A vibrant revival of the classic children's stories with wonderful whimsical art by Skottie Young. Good for that kid who won't stop singing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow".

I'd give it 5 stars for GN format, but 3 for plot. The storyline is simple & straightforward, and I feel some of the virtues that were central to the plot were poorly defined. But! The positively exuberant illustrations introduced me to a new favorite artist!

This is a beautifully drawn comic book version of the classic. It's true enough to the original to be a good introduction for a kid who's reluctant to pick up a thick book, or who loves to read comics.

The graphic adaptation of the novel, gorgeously illustrated. It was obvious that a lot of care went into this, with genuine love of the source material.

Eric Shanower's drawing style is what makes this a must borrow.

This was the best Graphic Novel version of Oz that I have read! It stayed true to the original book.
