This book is terrible. I only finished the first chapter.
The first chapter includes an example story about a woman using the techniques in this book. It's titled, "Day on the path to freedom". In this woman's day she barely eats and exercises a lot.
I worked out her caloric intake based on the foods she eats during the day (they are all listed in the story) and minus the calories she burns in her spin class. At the end of the day she has only consumed 810 calories. 2000 calories a day is necessary to maintain the average womans weight. She is over 1000 short!
For women who are working on accepting their bodies and possibly dealing with disordered eating, this chapter is extremely triggering.
I don't recommend this book to anyone.
