Entertaining and occasionally funny. There is a lot more detail at the end compared to the earlier days, so it slows down some. But I enjoyed it anyway. Hsieh's energy, enthusiasm, and naivete are amazing, and he pulls success off more often than not.

Interesting story about how Zappos was developed and their customer service philosophy, which is exemplary. Their values and culture are also inspirational. The book is somewhat repetitive and should have been edited. And it would have benefited from a professional narrator rather than the author himself.
