My 10 and 11 year old listened to this and really didn't enjoy it much. My daughter said it is about a boy whose dad is a farmer and how they talk together which she enjoyed. They are Shakers (which we had to do a little wikipedia search to learn about). My daughter likes the story but does not prefer the language. My son was not interested.
