There were things I really liked about this book and things I didn't like so much. The heroine was awesome. I loved her story. She drew me in right away. I loved all the chapters that featured her. The hero was the problem in this book. It took me a long time to care about him. I kept skimming his chapters, to return to the star of the book. As a result, the romance kind of felt a little flat to me. It was a version of the "Cinderella" story, but it felt kind of shallow. However, it was a quick, fun read. I would recommend it, especially for fairy tale aficionados.

Nice detail and enjoyable read. Was very predictable 'fairytale' but extremely captivating and great realistic romance nevertheless
