love it! the recipes taste just like Bachan's house! lots of those different ingredients like the comment below but check out your local japanese market and if you dont have one Korean is your next best . also if any leftovers make great bento for the next day! :)

pretty high sodium; many require special ingreds, probably very tastey if that it the main goal.
