Liz Carlyle leads her team, in Charles Wetherby’s absence, when a high-level peace conference in Scotland may be scene of a terrorist action involving seemingly Syria or Syrians.

Truly page-turning. This outing is also very personal for Liz as she meets her mother’s new ‘friend’ and has several men casting admiring glances her way.

An incredibly complicated plot, fast-paced, and more cerebral than action-packed. A very enjoyable read.

Fun read, not a book that I would consider amazing but still provides an entertaining time

I was shocked that, in an Alfred A. Knopf Borzoi Book, a character's last name was misspelled several times. Spell-check "proofreading" is pathetic.
