Deo, a young man from Zimbabwe who enjoys soccer, encounters a tragedy one day when hateful soldiers arrive in his home village. He and his older brother, Innocent, are are forced to run for their lives to a safe haven in South Africa.

When the soldiers stormed into town, Deo knew that escape was the only answer. As he heads for South Africa with his brother, Innocent, Deo struggles for survival and safety with a soccer ball that's filled with his life savings.
