Really good read. Made my eyes water in places.

When I was reading this book, I was thinking it was either written by a junior high school student or for a junior high school student. It has absolutely no substance. The characters are all flaky and shallow. I was laughing out loud when Ellie started a relationship with Joe. I mean, come on, she thought he was an old married fogey and when she finds out that he isn't married but that Kaye is his sister, then she immediately gets turned on by the guy? Seriously? This is the kind of fluff one finds in Harlequin Romances. Definitely not for me.

BTW, I didn't even finish reading the book.

Loved this story! Kept me reading for hours and although it's predictable, it's good!

Mansell hits a home run again! This book is great! She packs so many emotions into the story and the reader can really connect with the main characters. My only negative is the suspence of romance throughout the whole book. You had to ask yourself, were they ever going to get together?! Great book!

Jill Mansell's books are just good fun! British chick-lit, light and breezy and always enjoyable.
