This is a reference-style resource for natural skin care. The first two chapters give you a good background, and then it's all reference chapters from then on. It's very informational, and there isn't much flair. The latter chapters are point-based and organized alphabetically. I think it's best used as a reference for those who are passionately studying aromatherapy. Saying that, the casual learner might find some useful recipes in there.
