Dear Bully: 70 Authors Tell Their Stories

A lot of writers for teens have excellent memories for very painful things. Some remember what it was like to be a targeted teen--the dread of going to school every day knowing what would probably happen, whether it was going to happen in a hallway, a locker room, a classroom, or on a school bus. A interesting series of letters from adults to their (for the most part childhood) bullies. The points of views are from bullies, bullied, and standbys. I do not suggest reading the book cover to cover all at once. It is better to read a letter and give yourself time to think about it before reading another one to keep them all from blending together, for several of the stories are similar.
