Having recently read Heartless by Melissa Meyer gives me an extra star of appreciation for this little volume. It is whimsy and nonsense and a delightful escape. It would be so handy to eat a bit of mushroom here and there and adjust your size as needed. I see why it is considered a classic and has endured the test of time.

A must read classic. I would definitely recommend reading an annotated text or a supplemental book if you truly want to understand it.

Definitely a great read!
I would recommend this to anyone, really. It has a great all-around feel that seems to appeal to anyone to it.

Who can say anything bad about Alice? she is wonderful. I know watching the disney animation is what it is, and it is pretty darn good, But if you haven't read it I would definately recommend it.
