While reading this I initially felt I had nothing to gain, because the fears she discussed are different from my own. I decided to read on, and eventually had the courage to looked into myself more deeply and actively search for my fears, thinking of concrete ways to confront them, using the stories as a guide.

It was in that moment that I found that this book is excellent for both those who feel fearless, and those who may feel crippled by fear. The stories Chang tells are motivational, and if you are willing to listen you will find this book to be a call for all of us to get out of our comfort zones and pursue life long growth.

Nice insights about parenting, yoga, womanhood, and just plain being an adult in general!
