great book .
good recipes .good pictures.
easy to read so that make the decision to try or not to try also easy.and offers a wide range of style of food.
and most importantly, it tastes good!

Surprisingly good.
My non-runner wife and foodie was so impressed she put it on order.

Well broken down into pre and post run, low cal, vegan etc... but in the end food you want to eat and share with non-runners too.
