From Library Staff

Liv is finally at a school where she can blossom . . . and then she is killed. Her death is ruled an accident, but since she is still hanging around as a ghost, she is determined to prove that she was murdered. And she's not the only one who was.

Liv, a new scholarship student at the prestigious Wickham Hall, learns from her new friend, Gabe, that he can see the many female ghosts that haunt the school. Liv assumes he's crazy, until she ends up dead too, and now makes it her mission, from the grave, to solve the mystery.

I'm a public school kid so anything about elite boarding school is an instant "yes I want to read that." Add in some creepy ghosts and a good backstory and the hours will fly by.

I could not stop reading, It had a storyline, And it was REALLY good! Liv was a girl who got a scholarship to a boarding school, Also a very talented art student, Who is in love with a boy, And then she gets killed, And has to find her killer, So good, You may get bored at it some times, But I do recommend it.
And, The end made me want more. I loved it.

Liv, Forever is a strange book that begins with Liv starting as a scholarship student at a fancy boarding school. Liv falls in love with Malcolm, who is a member of the secret society The Victors. Liv also befriends Gabe, a loner who can see ghosts. Gabe is the most interesting character, and there’s really no explanation given for why he would ever be friends with either Liv or Malcolm. There are a lot of huge plotholes in the book, but overall the book is a different take on the supernatural genre.

A patron review from the Adult Summer Game: "A teen novel about a girl who becomes a ghost at a boarding school and solves an old murder mystery. I thought I wouldn't like it after reading the first page but then I couldn't put it down."
