From acclaimed filmmaker Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Wrestler) and artist Niko Henrichon (Pride of Bagdad), Noah is a fresh take on the biblical epic for the 21st Century. A fantastical world is about to be destroyed and one man is chosen to start a new one. As wicked forces try to take his Ark, Noah must hold his family together while they watch the annihilation of all they know.

Quick and engaging yet "epic" read. The art is pretty cool and the arc that the family undergoes is well written. I felt that there were some inconsistencies with the Noah character towards the end. At one point he straight up breaks his word and another where he makes a pact to kill someone that to me didn't make any sense. The main theme of the book is sticking to what you think is right despite what the world tells you and i know its the point that Noah is only human and makes errors but man he makes some doosies. That said the world that they inhabit is barren and beautiful with cool creatures. This alone makes it worth the read.
