I am a Scot. Found this book really interesting. Liked it enough to try some of her other novels. Also read all of it. Something I don't do if a book is 'rubbish'.

Couldn't get past the Scottish lingo- a slow, poorly written book.
"It was one of our Gaurdians Angels that said it -all muesli and first names, kens the type? Mummy treats them like they're all forty-five."

"The corruption poisoning the fairies at the bottom of the magic gardens has got into the Scotsman."
What????????????
