This book will teach you more than you will ever want to know about beer from the different types, the types of grain, hops, yeast, etc. the brewing process, the measures of weight, colour, taste, etc. There is a great deal on the science of brewing, but there is also a lot on the enjoyment of beer and pairing the different types with different types of food.

The only downside is that reading the book makes you thirsty.

Really unique read. By the measure of how good a book is by how much it changes your behavior, I would give this book highest marks. A revelation.
