This album is okay. I can see why these were never released by MJ himself. But the worst of MJ is still leaps and bounds above many pop artists, so I still enjoyed the music.

Great CD, long time and new Michael fan will love this! It has 8 songs, many which were being worked on for several years.

Finally, they have been released.
The silver, regular edition has the 8 original songs.

The gold, deluxe edition has the 8 original and the 8 "contemporized" versions.

I got this CD the first day it was released May 15, 2014!!!

If you are waiting to get this cd, it will be well worth the wait! From the very first song (Love never felt so good) which to me is one of the very best on this cd and one of Michael's grown up songs that are a bit different---to the last and several in between such as Chicago, a place with no name (love it!) slave to the rhythm, do you know where your children are? and Blue gangsta and xcape, you will love these songs. There are only 8 songs on this cd but they are all good, some are plain awesome!!!! The song "a place with no name " ,you can just see Michael dancing to that song the way only he could. Michael Jackson fans, you must hear this cd!!

in this case, it is a better than never situation. I'm simply joyed that Michal's talent remains shared, even after his death. WOW!!! His family should remain proud.

I reccomend every longtime diehard Michael fan to get this album asap.it has a lot of great songs that should of been on Michael's albums during his lifetime.there are some songs that he recorded before his death and some songs that should of been on Thriller and Bad that never made it.highlights for me are Do You Know Where Your Children Are ,Escape, Loving You A Place With No Name which is so catchy and Loving You Never Felt So Good. these last two albums of unreleased Michael Jackson 2010 and 2014 are better than the last Michael album Invincible . they don't tarnish his greatness in anyway!
