Good writing, unusual story line. It keeps you reading it even if you wonder about the actions of the characters.

I highly recommend this book -- there were a lot of times when I felt like I was in the room. Fascinating.

I've read this book three times in the last decade and I enjoy it every time. A quirky, atypical love story full of courage and warmth.
