This is an excellent book for an intro to permaculture. As I'm just beginning on this journey, I've read this book (in fact I checked it out so much I ended up buying my own copy!) and I've gotten a better idea of what I want to do with my yard.

I highly recommend this book for beginning permaculture and gardeners of any experience level.
