I love how this cookbook is organized by veggies and fruits--it makes it so much easier to find a recipe when you've just bought a bunch of produce and don't know what to do with it. I can't wait to cook with some of these recipes because nothing is too fancy or fussy.

We are often asked by customers for vegetarian and glutein free recipes. This one has some great choices. I would love to try the vegetable ceviche, vegan carrot waffles or the sweet potato tacos. Sweet potatoes are the new kale for 2017. The author has alternatives to make the recipes glutein free or vegan.

This would be a nice alternative for healthier eating.

At Last, a practical, easy to read cook book.
Great pictures as well!

My favorite new cookbook! It's filled with vegetarian (mostly vegan) recipes, composed of simple, fresh ingredients, easy to put together. Recipes are organized in the table of contents by the main ingredient, which I haven't often seen and I love. Got this from the library but ended up buying a copy for keeps.
