This is a very well-done presentation. The layers of awareness the presenter tries to convey are too much for a beginner to process, however. I have a great deal of respect for the presenter both for the information he has to offer and for his conscientiousness as a teacher, but I think his eagerness to teach these principles resulted in some obstacles in the student actually sticking to this guide to the art of tai chi.

What I appreciate about this introduction for beginning students of taijiquan is the care Dr. Yang takes in squeezing in so much explanation. Each posture is shown from two angles and an application for an idea how it might be used in push hands to use for visualization when doing the postures to engage your mind. Then, there is a full demonstration by Dr. Yang (starting in a north facing orientation toward the camera) and a full demonstration by a student (starting in a south facing orientation away from the camera). If you want a very good introduction to the traditional Yang Long Form and plan to learn the deeper meaning, this is well worth it. But it is a lot to process and there are no short cuts. Take your time and enjoy.
