This isn't another athlete's book that preaches the same thing over and over..diet and exercise...diet and exercise.

Lindsey stresses the importance of being active through sports and activities that YOU like. Same with diet. Finding things the reader likes and incorporating them into your every day diet.

This is a wonderful book that focuses on clean eating, movement and mindset. I enjoyed reading Lindsey's athletic and health journey, and the plentiful tips and resources on clean eating, meal ideas, fitness (including a great chapter on warming up!).
