Enjoyable read. Shojai focuses on getting to the point in your life where you can enjoy all aspects of it. He recognizes that you have to work and you have bills to pay but he breaks it down to living and working smart so you have time for the things you love. I thought some of his ideas were extreme, like only using candle light after dark to help reset your sleep schedule, but most were good simple ideas. I liked the meditations too!
