Another of Mary's fantastic books. Could not put this one down. Twists and surprises at every corner on the ship. Who did it; where did it go; who is that person???
Just watch for what you wish for and the ending will be full of surprises! You have to read this one for sure. I never give to much info as it will destroy you wanting to read it yourself. Jan 2020

Mary had done wonders again. Here the murderer was introduced at the beginning but it was very difficult to identify him till the end. Very good novel.

I've been a fan of Mary Higgins Clark for a long time & thoroughly enjoyed this one. It takes place on a cruise ship with many fun & colorful characters. One of the passengers is murdered and it is a race to find out who is the murderer. After many twists & turns, intrigue & drama -- we finally find out. I love that the chapters are short & almost always end with a cliffhanger. A "Classic" Mary Higgins Clark Mystery --- Always a page turner

This seemed like classic Mary Higgins Clark to me. The short chapters with the many cliffhanger endings, the variety of characters -- some with checkered pasts, the addition of a dark comic element and more add up to a mystery that is easy and enjoyable to read.

It may help that I finished this book while actually on a cruise ship, although the ship I was on could not compare to the ship in the book. I found the book to be a realistic depiction of a high-dollar cruise on the Atlantic and thoroughly enjoyed the ride.

Looking forward to a new MHC novel so I jumped on it right away until I realized, once again, it was another Willy and Alvirah Meehan story. Then I was done. MHC should have never started with this couple but she needs to get rid of them and just give us another good mystery she does so well. Hope Willy and Alvirah finally drown on this cruise.

I can't say anything good about it.

I am a very big fan of Mary Higgins Clark and have read all of her books that I could get my hands on. This book is just as good as I expected it to be. Alvirah and Willy Meehan won millions of dollars in a lottery and have taken a cruise to celebrate their 45 wedding anniversary. While on the cruise they become friends with other passengers including an 86 year old women who has a necklace that is very rare and expensive. Someone wants that necklace and is out to get it at all costs. Alvirah and Willy set out to find out who would want that necklace enough to kill for it. Couldn't put this book down until I finished it.

Yawn. I tried listening to it. I tried reading it. I finally skimmed it. No surprises.

This is the best book that Mary Higgins Clark has written yet! If you haven't checked it out make sure you do.

Once again Mary Higgins Clark comes through with an enjoyable mystery. This one takes place on the high seas with a number of interesting characters, any of which could have been the guilty party. Enjoy.
