This is the second book in the Rachel Knight series, and it was rather disappointing: The plot was convoluted, I thought. In addition, I felt that the author seemed to continually talk about the fashion choices and three-meals-a-day dining out choices of Knight and Keller, choices that not only seemed to border on the obsessive but also seemed to be out of character for civil servants. Despite my qualms, I have already borrowed the next two books in the Rachel Knight series from my library and plan to finish that series and then go on to the author's current series. (Samantha Brinkman).
