(Of important note: In 1975, former CIA director, Richard Helms, in testifying under oath before congress, did admit that Clay Shaw had worked for the CIA, therefore Shaw had perjured himself during the trial brought against him by Jim Garrison!) Prof. Mellen does an incredible job of piecing together exhaustive research; an highly superior book and level of achievement on the professor's part, which has never been adequately honored. Overall though, those books which best explain what happened, and those responsible: "Battling Wall Street: the Kennedy presidency" by Donald Gibson / / / "Brothers: the hidden history of the Kennedy years" by David Talbot / / / "JFK and the Unspeakable" by James Douglass / / / "Rockefellerocracy" by Richard James DeSocio / / / "Mary's Mosaic" by Peter Janney / / / H.P. Albarelli's "A Terrible Mistake" / / / "Reclaiming Parkland" by James DiEugenio/// "The Kennedy Assassination Coverup" by Donald Gibson /// "Conspiracy Theory in America" by Lance deHaven-Smith.
